Forgotten Password or Changing your Password

This article outlines how to quickly change your CRM password, and to recover from a forgotten password.

For Office 365 Identity users

Note, the flow below is only relevant to those customers who are not using Office 365 or Azure AD identity and authentication. If you use your Office 365 account to log into the CRM (if you usually log in by clicking the "Sign in using Office 365" button, then you should change your password in Office 365.

Already logged in?

If you are already successfully logged in and just want to change your password for security reasons, you can change your password here

Forgotten Password Process

If however, you have simply forgotten or need to reset your password and aren't currently logged into the CRM, then follow these simple steps below.

Step 1: Go to CRM Log In Page

To change your CRM password, go to the CRM log in page here, enter your email address and click continue. On the next page, click the 'Forgotten my password' link as shown below.

Step 2: Confirm Email Address

You'll then be asked to confirm you email address so that we can send you a verification code.

Step 3: Email Verification Code

Once you've received an email, containing your email verification code, please enter this in the box to verify that you are the owner of this email address. The verification code is typically a six digit code.

If you don't receive the code, please re-check the email address that you have entered (it will still be visible on the page) and if it is correct, check your spam/clutter folders. The email will have come from msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com Microsoft manage password and identity security on our behalf.

If you still can't find it, or need to correct the email address, then click the "Send new code" button.

Step 4: Set New Password

Lastly, having verified that you are the owner of that email address, you'll be able to choose a new password for your CRM account.
