The Division record sits under a Company record and is where Contacts can be created and Sales Ledgers set among other things. 

From a Division record you are able to view all Contacts, Leads, Problems, Quotes etc. which are under the Division.  

Selecting one of the tabs on the left hand side will show any records created at any level of the hierarchy under the Division.

Additional records can be created from a Division and this is done by selecting the + icon on the right hand side.
