Step 1: Navigate to the Admin Portal

Navigate to the Admin Portal and sign in using your normal credentials. Note: you will need to be a CRM Administrator in order to access the Admin Portal, so speak to someone who is so they can grant you access. You can access the Admin Portal by clicking on the tile icon on the top left-hand corner once logged in to any part of the Prospect 365 platform.

Step 2: Create a New Connection

On the left-hand side, click Integration > Connections. Then click the button ‘Add New Connection’.

Step 3: Connect to Unleashed

Fill out the Connection Details screen with the relevant information.   

  • Connection Type – ensure you select Unleashed from the drop-down list first before filling anything else out
  • Connection Name – you can type your business’ name in here 
  • ID & Key – these should be taken from your Unleashed system as shown in the below screenshot

Once you've filled out the Connection Details, press the blue 'Add' button. 

Step 4: Connect Operating Company to Unleashed

On the left-hand side of the screen, go to Integration > Operating Companies. Click on your company name that appears in the list on the left-hand side, and ensure you select the connection you just created from the 'Connection Name' drop-down. Then press 'Save Changes'.
