If you are already on a Free Trial and have decided you would like to get your trial account integrated to Unleashed, skip straight to Step 4 of this guide to get it configured.

Step 1: Register for a Free Trial

Navigate to signup.prospect365.com and sign up for a Free Trial of Prospect 365, ensuring you choose Unleashed from the drop-down list as shown below. 

Step 2: Verify your email address

We'll have sent you an email to the address you provided asking you to verify your email address. Simply press 'Verify my account' and you'll then be taken to the next step of the sign up process in your browser.

Step 3: Create your Account

You will automatically be directed to a form asking you to fill out a bit more information about yourself, including your name, telephone number and password. Once you've filled this out, simply press 'Start my Free Trial' and you'll be taken to your trial account in just a few moments. 

Step 4: Configure the Integration to Unleashed

You will automatically be taken to the Welcome page within your Free Trial account. In the Getting Started section, press the 'Configure Now' button on the right-hand side. Unleashed should already be selected for you in the drop-down list.

If you're already on a Free Trial with us and decide you'd like to configure the integration to Unleashed after all, navigate to the Welcome page by clicking the tick icon in the top right-hand corner of the CRM and follow the same steps.

Step 5: Copy & Paste your Unleashed ID & Key

If Unleashed is already selected, all you now need to do is copy and paste your ID & Key from Unleashed into the fields. These can be found in your Unleashed system as shown in the below screenshot. Once you've pasted the ID & Key into the fields in the CRM, press the blue 'Save' button.

You will then see a message saying that your data is importing from Unleashed. Depending on how much data you have to import e.g. lots of ledgers and sales history, this process can take a short while to complete.
