- You'll need a QuickBooks Commerce account and log in credentials
- You'll also need a Prospect CRM Free Trial - if you don't already have one go ahead and register at signup.prospect365.com
Step 1: Connect to QuickBooks Commerce
In the Welcome page within your Free Trial account, the first section is "Getting Started". Click the 'Configure Now' button to begin.
If the Welcome page isn't already open, then go to https://crm.prospect365.com/welcome or click the icon in the top right of the screen - it's a tick/setup-tasks icon, as shown in the video below.
In the pop up, select TradeGecko from the drop-down list, then click 'Next'.
Step 2: Log In to QuickBooks Commerce
To start the integration, you'll need to authorise the Prospect CRM App. In the pop up window, log in to QuickBooks Commerce using your QuickBooks Commerce credentials.
Once connected to your QuickBooks Commerce account, press 'Authorize' so that Prospect can access your sales and product data.
Step 3: Sit back & Relax for a minute
Once connected, you'll then see a message saying that your data is being processed. Depending on how much data you have to import this process can take a short while to complete e.g. if you have lots of customers, products and sales history, it'll take a little longer.
Checking the Status of your Integration
There's nothing more you need to do. Your data will be available shortly, and when it is, we'll add a few more links to your Welcome page to get you started.
