If you ever mistakenly delete a CRM record then there's no need to panic - you can easily restore them!
Prerequisites
- You'll need CRM Admin rights in order to follow the steps in this article
Step 1: Go to Admin
Firstly, you will need to navigate to the Admin section of Prospect.
Step 2: Navigate to Data Management in Admin
Once you are within the Admin section, navigate to the Data Management folder and choose the Recycle Bin option.
Step 3: Restore a Record
Within the Recycle Bin you can select the Object Type, this refers to the type of record you need to restore. For example, you may wish to restore a Contact. This will then display all of the deleted records of this type.
To restore a deleted record click the 'Restore' button next to the record you wish to restore. A pop-up will then appear once the restore has been successfully completed.
