If you ever mistakenly delete a CRM record then there is no need to worry, as you can restore any deleted CRM records. In order to restore deleted records you will need Prospect 365 Administrator rights.
Firstly, you will need to navigate to the Admin section of Prospect 365.
Once you are within the Admin section, navigate to the Data Management folder & choose the Recycle Bin option.
Within the Recycle Bin you can select the Object Type, this refers to the type of record you need to restore. For example you may wish to restore a contact record. This will then display all of the deleted records of this type.
To restore a deleted record click the Restore button next to the record you wish to restore. A pop-up will then appear once the restore has been successfully completed.
