Prerequisites

  • You'll need CRM Admin rights in order to follow the steps in this article

From the Admin Portal, you're able to bulk change all Divisions which have an Account Manager set to be under a different Account Manager. This is useful if an employee has changed job, or if you have a new starter joining your business. 

Step 1: Go to the Admin Portal

Click on the applications button (6 tiles) in the top left-hand corner of the CRM and select 'Admin'.

Step 2: Navigate to Data Management in Admin

From here, select 'Data Management' from the left-hand side, and then select 'Change Account Manager'. 

This will then give you the ability to select the Account Managers from the drop-down to move from the old to the new. 

Once selected, simply click on 'Change Account Manager' and the CRM will be updated.
