Putting Quotes on hold can be helpful if you need to review an order before it gets confirmed through to your accounts system. For example, those who have an integrated website may wish to review all orders placed before they get confirmed. Alternatively, you may put the order on hold on the request of the customer. Rather than having to open each Quote individually to take it off on hold, you can use the On Hold Wizard. 

To run the On Hold Wizard you will require Prospect Administrator rights. If you require these, then please speak to your CRM Admin user or our Customer Services Team. 

Firstly, navigate to the Prospect Admin section via https://admin.prospect365.com/. Once within the Admin section, scroll down the menu until you reach the Data Management folder. Within here, click on the 'On Hold Wizard' option.

All of your Quotes which are on hold will be listed here. You can either select all, or alternatively select individual Quotes that you wish to take off on hold.  

Once happy with your selection, click the 'Remove Hold' button.
