When a contact is created it will inherit the address which was created for the Company and Division which it sites underneath in the hierarchy. You are able to change the address for the Contact while retaining the same address for the Division and Company.
To do this locate the required Contact and then select the 'Address' tab from the left hand side. This will display the current address and also allow you to add a new one.
Select 'Add Address' and you will then be able to search by postcode or street name to locate the required address.
It will then automatically populate the address details for you, you can enter them manually if preferred. Clicking on 'Confirm' will save the details for you.
This will then display the new Contact address next to the previous Division address.
If required you can return to using the Division address simply by clicking on it. You will then be prompted before the changes are made.
